At Solange, we aim to make your shopping experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping and returns policies.

Shipping Information

• Standard International Shipping: $5 flat rate. Delivery within 5 business days.

Order Processing:

• All orders are processed within 2 business days. Due high volume of orders on dates such as Black Friday our processing time may take longer than usual.

Tracking Your Order:

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package's journey.

Returns & Exchanges

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, our easy return and exchange policy is here to help.

Return Policy:

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
• Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
• All swimwear sales are final. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of any swimwear items. We encourage our customers to review their orders carefully and consult our accurate sizing guides before finalizing their purchases to ensure a perfect fit.

How to Return:

1. Email us at hello@solangeshop.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for shipping the item back to us.

Exchanges:

• To exchange an item, follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
• If you need assistance, please contact our customer service team at hello@solangeshop.com.

Damaged or Defective Items:

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@solangeshop.com with photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
