Which countries do you ship?

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Standard delivery typically takes 5-7 business days.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on our website or the carrier’s website.

What if my package is lost?

If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please email us at hello@solangeshop.com. Note that, Solange does not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that have been successfully delivered to the correct shipping address provided at checkout.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

When will I get my refund?

It will take 3 business days to review your return request after receiving your items subject to return or exchange. Upon approval of your return request, we will initiate refund to your credit card. It will depend on your bank to process the refund and reflect on your credit card statement.
